CEO Tanzila Haque and the Pencil Behind Our Pages
CEO Tanzila Haque is the chief executive of this website and the designer who shaped how every page looks, reads and sounds. In this article, we at MCW introduce the woman who leads our Bangladeshi site and explain why readability sits at the centre of her work.
She is a designer first and a manager second. That order matters to her, and it shows in the calm, uncluttered pages our team now builds under her direction.

Personal Profile of CEO Tanzila Haque
Tanzila Haque leads this website as its chief executive. She oversees design, content tone, support standards and the safe-play pages that sit across the platform.
Inside the office she is known for asking one plain question at every meeting. Can a tired person read this page on a small phone? If the answer is no, the page goes back to the drawing board.
Roots in Mymensingh
She grew up in Mymensingh, close to the Brahmaputra and its slow evening light. Her childhood was full of school art competitions, clay toys from local fairs and long afternoons drawing boats along the river bank.
She still visits family there during Eid. Our team usually receives a box of local sweets from the town after each trip, and she hands them out herself.

Education and Languages
She studied fine arts in Mymensingh, with a focus on drawing and printmaking. Web design came later, and she taught it to herself through free tutorials, borrowed books and many late nights rebuilding small practice sites.
She speaks and writes Bangla and English. Her Bangla handwriting is neat enough that colleagues sometimes ask her to label office files for them.
The Pencil Notebook Habit
Her best-known quirk is simple. Before anything is built, CEO Tanzila Haque sketches every new page layout by hand in a pencil notebook. Buttons, headings and menus all appear first as grey lines on paper.
“Paper is slow, and slow is good for design,” she told our team. “I catch half my mistakes before a single line of code exists.” The notebooks now fill a whole shelf in her office.

How to Contact CEO Tanzila Haque
Our team keeps the contact routes for the CEO official and simple. Messages from players, partners and the press all arrive through channels run by the site itself.
No private phone numbers or social accounts are listed for her. Every route below is managed and checked by our staff.
Official Email
The official address for the CEO is ceo@1mcwcasino.com. Partnership proposals, feedback on design and accessibility reports land in that inbox.
Our support staff sort the mail each morning. Messages about page access or reading problems go straight to her desk, because she treats those reports as top priority.

Contact Page and Live Chat
The site also has an official contact page with a short form. That form passes general questions to the right team without delay.
Live support chat runs on the site for account and payment questions. Agents there pass any design or accessibility feedback to the CEO’s office at the end of each shift.

The Founding Story of CEO Tanzila Haque
Before this site, she spent several years as a UX and accessibility designer for e-commerce companies in Dhaka. She designed checkout pages, product menus and search bars for online shops selling clothes, books and electronics.
That work taught her how quickly people leave a confusing page. It also showed her how many shoppers struggled with tiny text and crowded layouts.
A Cousin Who Changed Her Focus
The real turning point was personal. Her cousin has low vision and often asked her for help reading websites on a phone. Many pages were simply too faint, too small or too busy for him.
“Watching him squint at grey text made me angry,” she recalls. “Good design should never shut anyone out.” From then on, CEO Tanzila Haque treated accessibility as the core of every project rather than an extra task.

Building the Bangladeshi Site
When the chance came to lead a local website for Bangladeshi players, she saw the same problems everywhere. Gaming pages in the region were dark, crowded and hard to follow in Bangla.
CEO Tanzila Haque did not found the global Mega Casino World brand. She built and now leads this Bangladesh-facing operation, starting with a small team, a stack of pencil sketches and a clear rule that every page must be easy to read.

Achievements Under CEO Tanzila Haque
The changes on our site are visible rather than loud. Most of them improve the plain experience of reading, finding and understanding information.
Each improvement started as a notebook sketch, then a test with real readers, and only then a release.
Readable Bangla Fonts and High Contrast
Larger, clearer Bangla fonts were among her first changes. Small, decorative type was replaced with letters that stay sharp on cheap phone screens and in bright sunlight.
High-contrast colour schemes followed. Pale grey text on dark backgrounds disappeared from the MCW pages, and buttons now stand out clearly from the content around them.

Screen Readers and Simple Navigation
CEO Tanzila Haque made the menus friendly to screen readers. Every link, button and image on the main pages now carries a clear label in Bangla or English.
Navigation also became shorter. The main menu holds only a few items, and each one leads where its name says. Fewer clicks mean fewer lost visitors.
A Clear Responsible-Play Page
She also oversaw a responsible-play page written in plain words. It explains limits, cooling-off options and age rules without legal jargon.
The page sits one tap away from every section. Our team treats it as part of the core MCW experience rather than a footnote.

Future Commitments of CEO Tanzila Haque
The work is never finished, in her view. Phones change, readers change and new barriers appear every year.
Her plans for the coming year focus on access, honesty and safe play. Each goal has already earned its own page in the pencil notebook.
Wider Accessibility Testing
The team will test more pages with readers who use screen readers, magnifiers and older phones. Their feedback will shape every redesign before release.
Font sizes, spacing and colour contrast will be reviewed each season. Any page that fails these checks will be rebuilt rather than patched.

Transparency and Safe Play
CEO Tanzila Haque wants rules, bonus terms and payment steps written in short Bangla sentences. Hidden conditions and confusing wording have no place on the site.
“A rule that nobody can read is not a fair rule,” she says. Local payment guides will also gain clearer screenshots and simpler steps.
Age and Local Law
The site is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Players are expected to follow the laws that apply in their own area.
The responsible-play tools will stay free, visible and easy to find. No page on the site promises guaranteed wins, and none ever will.

Connect with CEO Tanzila Haque
CEO Tanzila Haque reads accessibility feedback personally. Reports about faint text, broken menus or confusing steps reach her desk through the official email and the contact page.
The pencil notebook remains open on her desk. New sketches appear in it every week, each one based on what readers have reported.
Where Messages Go
Messages to ceo@1mcwcasino.com are logged by our support staff. Design and accessibility issues receive the fastest attention.
Live chat agents also forward any reading or navigation problems. Nothing reported about page access is left unanswered.

Our Team’s Note
Our team is proud to work under a leader who sketches before she builds. Her patience shows on every page of the site.
The MCW website will keep growing with the same rule she set on day one. Every page must be clear, calm and readable for everyone.
